No Return and Refund Polices
Please note that our prints are “made-to-order” (meaning each piece is made especially for you). Orders may only be cancelled up to two hours after placing your order by emailing email@example.com with a reference to your order number.
Damage Product Claim
All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely.
If your product arrives damaged, we have provided a simple return process to expedite a replacement. Please follow the steps below to ensure expediency of your new art:
Take a digital photo of your damaged product (and shipping packaging if it is also damaged).
Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to begin your claim, be sure to include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. Upload your photo of your damaged product.
You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming that your return is being processed (weekends and holidays excluded). If your return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. We will process the order for replacement based on your photos. If you are unable to upload your images or have any questions, please contact us.
