RRFB Scientist diver cutting clones from nursed coral fragments. The fragments are “harvested” from the trees in order to be outplanted in the restoration sites or to recreate another tree. After six to eight months of growing in the nursery the corals are healthy and mature enough to be outplanted to a restoration site.
